Replies aren't instant. Most messages get a thoughtful response within a week, pitches and partnerships sometimes two.
We don't do reciprocal links.
If you're writing to ask for one, save us both the time and skip it. Genuine partnership pitches always welcome.

If something we wrote helped, broke you open, or got it wrong , please tell us. The newsletter sometimes runs reader responses (anonymized unless you ask otherwise).

Before you write, read this first
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. No account login, no exit survey, one click and you're out. If the link's broken (it happens), write to us and we'll remove you manually.
Can I republish your content on my site?
Short answer: usually yes, with attribution and a backlink. Pick "Republish content" as the topic and tell us which article + where you'd like to publish it. We say yes 9 times out of 10, the 10th is usually because we're holding the piece for a partnership.
Are you taking guest pitches?
Selectively. We commission about 4 outside contributors a year. If you have a piece in mind, send a 200-word pitch with three published clips under the "Press / Media" topic. We respond to every pitch, usually within two weeks.
I noticed a factual error / dead link / typo.
Thank you, please tell us. Pick "Technical issue" or "Reader feedback," paste the URL, and tell us what's wrong. Editorial corrections go out within 48 hours; broken links by end of week.
Can I sponsor a newsletter or article?
We run two sponsorships per quarter, capped to brands and services we genuinely use. Pitch under "Partnerships" with the product, your audience fit, and budget range. We respond either way within a week.
